I host this website with Strato AG:

Strato automatically collects and stores information in so-called server logs, which your browser automatically transmits:

• Browser type and browser version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL (the page you came from)
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of server request
• IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) to ensure that the website runs stably and securely. Your IP address is stored for a maximum of seven days for the purpose of detecting and defending against attacks and is then anonymized. All other data mentioned above is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.

I have concluded a contract with Strato for order processing. This is a contract required by data protection law that ensures that Strato only processes your personal data in accordance with my instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

If you send me an email or call me, I will store your request, including the data you provide (name, request, telephone number), in order to process your request. I will not pass on this data without your consent. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, provided that your request is related to a contract. In all other cases, the processing is based on my legitimate interest in responding to your request effectively (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

• No internet access: The app does not require internet access. No data is exchanged with servers or third parties.
• No analysis or advertising: No tracking tools or advertising networks are integrated.
• Local storage: All entries you make within the app remain exclusively on your device. If you delete the app, this local data will also be completely removed.

The app does not request any sensitive permissions (such as access to the camera, contacts, or location).

Since my app does not collect any data, there is no data that I could provide you with or delete. However, if you contact me by email or phone, the statutory data protection rights (information, deletion, objection) apply to this communication.
